How our fees work
Fair pricing means: the platform first, then us.
A clear calculation helps you plan. Explore our commission model and work through your own example.
The 20% commission on payout after platform fees applies to holiday-rental management. Independent care, individual services and long-term management receive an individual quote.

In effect, you pay 17 % of total turnover.
Direct bookings may still incur payment or service fees; adjust the fee rate accordingly. Cleaning, linen, repairs and other third-party costs are not included in the example.
